I am very concerned about the proposed railroad and quarry. It would disrupt our lives greatly. This 24 hour operation would be noisy all night. Who will repair my water well when the blasting damages it? My most important comment is : we need to have a meeting so we can ask our questions to the board and get a answer back right away. The board should be responsible to the citizens of the country. We deserve a chance to talk to the board face ot face.
