Ms. Ghosh: At the recent meeting in Medina County, you were shown a newspaper with headlines stating that the SGR permit had been granted. I, perhaps because I was seated near the back of the room, was unable to hear your response. Has this permit alread been issued? If so, why did we go through this meeting? Your response is requested.
