Per our agreement we agreed to comply with the Surface Transportation Board's Railroad Abandonment requirements. According to the STB decision, we must comply with the following: Prior to beginning salvage operations, consult with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and submit the results of this consultation to the SEA. Email attached for consultation with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
