The USDA - NRCS, Minnesota, agrees that as currently proposed The BNSF Railway Company- Abandonement Exemption-in Crow Wing County MN, will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment. Therefore, the environmental impact satement process is not necessary, and the Environmental Assessment (EA) suffices.
