Comment EI-1684
Received or sent (printed as 9/23/2005)
Community leaders in the greater Greenville, South Carolina area have developed a plan for using the right of way of Greenville & Northern Railway for trails connecting to existing and planned public parks. The plan also contemplates the use of the right of way for a light rail system that may be built in the future. The plan makes wise use of the right of way (which I understand has been surrendered by the Greenville and Northern Railway), and I hope that you will give it every consideration consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
