Mr. Kenneth Blodgett, I am sending you my response to Mr. Morell. I thought I should send you this through the proper channels. You probably received my email earlier. Thanks.BM. Mr. Morell, the Bureau of Waste Management thanks you for your letter on the upcoming abandonment the South Kansas and Oklahoma Railroad Company will be conducting in Crawford County. The Bureau of Waste Management requires prior to the abandonment a work plan. The work plan can be completed on one page. The work plan will consist of the following: 1. A phone number from SK & OK railroad of the person who is in charge of the abandonment. 2. Contractor name and a phone number. 3, Where the railroad ties will be taken once the abondonment is completed. 4. Receipts showing where the railroad ties were disposed. 5. The receipts should be sent to the BWM within 30 days of the completed abandonment. The Bureau of Waste Management appreciates your cooperation in this matter.
