We received the Draft EA, which places a condition until the Section 106 process of the NHPA has been completed. Our office provided comments of "no historic properties affected" by the proposed undertaking to the applicant's attorney on July 28, 2022. As such, we consider the Section 106 process to be complete, therefore the condition should be removed. We are attaching a copy of our comments letter for your information and use. Thank you for your assistance with this project.
