There is a community of endangered Bog Turtles that live on my property surrounding the railroad the rail trail authority is looking to acquire. Disturbing the area in any way jeopardizes the well being of these endangered species. I am requesting a full BOG TURTLE environmental study to be completed by a Bog Turtle expert, prior to any final ruling on the approval of this project. Attached proof of the Bog Turtles living along the railroad in Heidelberg Twp.
